You can obtain the full text through two methods in the PERMATA Portal:
Method 1: Full Text of Intellectual Property
Select Sumber Maklumat > Online Resources > Teks Penuh Harta Intelek.
Tick Pengisytiharan Penggunaan (Usage Declaration) and click SETUJU (Agree).
Search for the material using relevant keywords.
Click Download to download the full text or Request to request digitisation.
Digitisation requests take 5 working days to process. A notification will be sent to your official UiTM email address.
Method 2: Digitisation Request
Select Perkhidmatan > Pembelajaran & Penyelidikan > Permohonan Pendigitalan, then enter the material’s URL copied from your browser’s address bar. Example: https://ir.uitm.edu.my/id/eprint/144978/

1. Prioritise facts, statistics and conclusions that influence your assignment or decisions.
2. If AI quotes or summarises another work, search for and read the original source. Use verified sources as your academic references.
3. Verify that claims are supported by evidence by comparing AI statements with scholarly publications, library databases or official sources. Ensure the sources support the claims in the correct context.
4. Check figures and quotations against the original sources. Read quotations alongside the surrounding text to ensure the wording and intended meaning remain unchanged.
5. Check publication dates and whether newer versions are available. Older information may no longer be relevant.
6. Cross-check claims against independent, authoritative sources that do not simply repeat information from the same source. Examine any discrepancies before drawing conclusions.
7. Review assumptions and any context that may have been omitted. Ensure AI conclusions do not go beyond what the evidence supports.
8. Confirm that cited publications exist by matching their titles, authors, publication years and DOIs with the original records. AI can generate references that appear legitimate but are fabricated or inaccurate.
REMINDER: Fluent and convincing AI answers are not necessarily accurate. Verify important information before using it.
Exam papers can be accessed through the UiTM PERMATA Portal. Visit https://permata.uitm.edu.my/ → select Information Resources / Sumber Maklumat → Exam Paper / Kertas Peperiksaan → search using the course code or course title.
